Has stress got you down? Let’s breathe, relax, and zone out to the gentle peace brought by a Sound Bath & Guided Meditation with Kristine Keegan from Scarborough Yoga.
This is not yoga, so the only experience you need is the ability to close your eyes and relax– sometimes that’s hard enough! If you’d like to sit or lay on the floor, please bring a blanket, yoga mat, or pillow for yourself. There will be chairs set up as well.
