Enjoy the ancient sitting practice of Mindfulness Meditation in a group lead by local Meditation Guide and Instructor; Taintor Davis Child.
Regular practice of Mindfulness Meditation helps to reveal our patterns of thinking and invites the heart to soften and the mind to open.
Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome! Chairs and yoga blocks provided. Arrive by 12:30 to begin settling in. Doors close by 12:40 when instruction begins for a silent sitting practice of 20 minutes, followed by a few minutes for questions. Join in for a gentle pause in your day!
