Restful Nights: A Mindfulness-Based Sleep Workshop

Sleep is essential for mental well-being, yet so many struggle with falling or staying asleep. This session, led by Anja Schneider of Salt Air Spirit, will introduce relaxation techniques, breathwork, and mindful evening routines to promote deeper, more restorative sleep.
