Explore the Emmons Preserve while practicing mindfulness in nature. Each yoga hike includes mindful walking for approximately 1.5-3 miles over uneven terrain including rocks and stumps. We will stop along the way for mindfulness moments and non mat Yoga posture practice. A portion of the hike will be silent.
Group size is limited and pre-registration is required.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. Moderate fitness level is required.
Participants are asked to come well hydrated and to bring any life supporting medications such as asthma inhalers and bee allergy medication as well as to wear appropriate footwear.
Location: Emmons Preserve at Kennebunkport Conservation Trust
Cost: $28 per hike. A portion of the proceeds benefits Kennebunkport Conservation Trust
Duration: 90-120 minutes (we will enter and leave the woods together as a group, please register only if you can stay for the duration)
Cancellation policy: Absence is non-refundable. At least 48 hours notice required for credit. In the event of weather cancellation, a mindymuseyoga credit will be issued.
