Join the YCSA staff to learn about the various programs and services we offer to assist individuals in our community every day! We will explore different ways to receive help and will provide information about regional resources available for mental health support. During this session, our entire staff will be available to discuss our work at YCSA, the programs we run, and the resources we offer, particularly concerning mental health. We will also explain the steps we take to connect individuals with the right services, identify those service providers, and outline the regional resources available for assistance.

Embracing Wellness is a collaborative program series brought to you by York Public Library, the York, Maine Rotary Club, and many community partners in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month (May 2025).
