Learning about and exploring these topics as a group reminds us that we are not alone, and it gives us the opportunity to share our perspectives and ask questions together, as we plan for our inevitable exit.

Advance care planning may help you reduce stress by knowing that you are prepared for whatever the future holds for you. We will discuss the tools you need to begin thinking about and planning for future needs for both you and your loved ones.
