QiGong (pronounced chee-gong) is a traditional Chinese practice that combines movement, meditation, and controlled breathing to cultivate and balance qi (life energy). It is often used for health, relaxation, martial arts training, and spiritual development. Similar to Tai Chi, it focuses more on energy flow than martial application. Many people practice Qigong for stress relief, improved health, and inner peace.
Join Anja Schneider of Salt Air Spirit for a guided, introductory session. Experience the perfect balance of movement and stillness in this 60-minute class designed to harmonize body and mind. Through the gentle, flowing movements of QiGong, you’ll cultivate energy, release tension, and reconnect with your inner vitality. The practice then transitions into a guided meditation, allowing you to deepen your awareness, quiet the mind, and find a sense of calm presence. Whether you’re new to these practices or experienced, this session will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply relaxed.
