Costume Shopping at Spirit Halloween Stores in Maine

Every fall it’s the same: you know Halloween is right around the corner when Spirit Halloween stores start popping up in empty storefronts. In Maine it’s no different. Just recently I spied the Spirit Halloween store in the old Big Lots location in Biddeford, in the Five Points Shopping Center on Route 111. The Spirit Halloween store is next to Goodwill.

Some other places you might notice Spirit Halloween stores in Maine? In stores where Sears or Joanns Fabrics once lived, now that the latter retailer has gone out of business.

In time for costume shopping, I thought it would be helpful to tell you where you’ll find Spirit Halloween stores in Maine this year. Right now there are only four that I’m aware of. In addition, I found two on the Maine/New Hampshire border so I’ve included them as well.
